6. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)
Consumers residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of the transaction — no questions asked.
You may request a full refund by contacting us at info@graphconsulting.online within 14 days of purchase.
No fees or explanations are required for exercising your right of withdrawal.
Exceptions:
If you explicitly agree to immediate access or delivery of a digital product or service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery has begun, your withdrawal right may no longer apply (as per EU Directive 2011/83/EU).
